Founded in 1985, Honeycutt Manufacturing has grown to be a trusted partner and a leader in the prefabricated steel building industry. Honeycutt Manufacturing’s high-grade pre-engineered steel buildings are a great solution for manufacturing, airplane hangars, ranchers, business owners, and livestock.

The Honeycutt Difference

High-Quality Materials

  • We only use high-end 26-gauge metal on roof and trim.
  • To reduce fade over time, we use a steel core with an anti-rust layer and SMP paint with added silicon.
  • Honeycutt Munfacturing offers a 40-year paint warranty.
  • We offer 17 color options on standard R panel, including Galvalume and Copper Metallic.
  • Our Shadow Rake trim offers a more decorative finishing look.

Loads and Codes

  • All Honeycutt Manufacturing buildings come with a UL 90 rating.
  • All Honeycutt Manufacturing buildings have a minimum 115 mph wind resistance rating.
  • Our engineers never use load reduction applications.
  • We never use Exposure B to remove the bottom girt.

Our Frames

  • Our buildings use a minimum 50 yield steel for all rigid frame components.
  • Our frames are painted with red oxide primer to help prevent rust.
  • All of our frames use 6″ flanges.
  • For superior support, we use 3.5″ wide flange Cee for framed openings.
  • To prevent bolt rip out on purlins and structures, we only use high-strength bolts, including 307 and 325 bolts with wide heads.
